Refund Policy

At SunMooda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are non-refundable.
Return Process
  • Contact Us: Email support@sunmooda.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item(s).
  • Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and schedule a pickup.
  • Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely in their original condition and packaging.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect your return within 3–5 business days and proceed with a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong item ordered, address issue, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which typically range from $10–$50 depending on package size.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of inspection.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please:
    • Recheck your account;
    • Contact your payment provider;
    • Contact us at support@sunmooda.com for assistance.
Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us. If payment has been made and the item has not shipped, we will provide a full refund.
  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or a part is missing, contact us at support@sunmooda.com and we will send the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
  • Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.
